The New York Mortgage Coalition will host a series of Homebuyer Education Webinars throughout 2024. The webinars are a five-part class that will meet virtually on Wednesday nights, from 7pm to 8:30pm.

Join us to find out how close you are to being able to purchase a home, and learn how to manage your money, understand credit, shop for a home and understand different mortgage products!

**Attendance at ALL 5 webinar sessions counts as STEP 1 in the process of obtaining a certificate. STEP 2 is meeting with a housing counselor for one-on-one counseling. If you complete all 5 sessions you will then receive an email from us with a list of our partner housing counseling agencies so that you can choose which one you would like to work with. We will send them confirmation of your attendance and after your counseling is complete, THEY will provide you with a certificate.**
